These cultural stigmas around mental health and emotional expression run deep. And they often show up in our adult lives in ways we don’t even realize.

Sessions can include heartfelt conversation, expressive art therapy activities, guided meditation, or gentle movement like yoga—whatever feels most aligned with your healing journey. We can meet over the phone, via Zoom, or in person if you're local. Your comfort is always prioritized, because this isn’t just coaching—it’s your sacred space to heal, grow, and be seen.
And because life doesn’t wait for the next appointment, you’ll also have full access to me via email and text between sessions. Whether it’s a moment of crisis or a quiet breakthrough you want to share, I’m here to support you through it all. Healing happens in the in-between, too—and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
